CRM & business systems

A clearer view.
A better next step.

Bring leads, customer information and follow-ups into a system your team can work from. Start with the relationship, the work around it and what needs to happen next.

01 / When it fits

When the work is there.
But the picture is missing.

A CRM project starts with the moments when information gets lost or a handover becomes harder than it should be. We look at those moments before deciding what to build.

  • 01Enquiries arrive through different channels, and it is difficult to see who is following up.
  • 02Customer details are spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and individual notes.
  • 03Your current CRM needs workarounds to support a process that matters to your business.

02 / What we can build together

A clear scope.
A useful result.

The right scope might be a focused CRM, a new workflow within an existing system or a connection between tools. We agree the parts your team needs before development.

01

Customer records

Define the information that belongs in one place: contacts, organisations, conversation history and the details your team needs to pick up the work.

02

Pipelines & follow-ups

Map meaningful stages, ownership and next actions. Shape views that help people understand what needs attention without maintaining a separate list.

03

Connected workflows

Review how enquiries, forms and other tools should connect. Check integration access, data requirements and limitations before making them part of the plan.

04

Data & handover

Agree which existing records to bring across, how to handle duplicates and how to check the transfer. Plan access, training and the handover alongside the build.

03 / How the work takes shape

From the first question
to a practical plan.

The exact deliverables, responsibilities and milestones are agreed for your project. Here is the shape of the conversation.

  1. 01

    Map the relationship.

Follow a real enquiry through to the next stage. Identify the information, decisions and people involved, including the exceptions that create extra work.

  2. 02

    Shape the workspace.

Review the record structure, key screens and access needs with the people who will use them. Test the direction against everyday tasks.

Working towardsA prototype and a focused build scope.

  3. 03

    Put it into practice.

Build and test the agreed workflows, review sample data and prepare your team to use the system. Resolve the awkward handovers before widening the scope.

Before we get started

A little clarity.

Do we need a completely new CRM?

That depends on what is getting in the way. We can start by reviewing your existing setup and the workflow you need. Improving configuration or adding a focused integration may be enough; a custom build is an option when the requirements call for it.

Can you move our existing customer data?

Data migration can form part of the project. We first review the source files or systems, required fields, duplicates and access permissions. A sample transfer and a check with your team help define the work before a full migration.

Can the system connect to tools we already use?

We assess the available integration options during discovery. Access to an API, third-party plans, data quality and provider limitations can affect what is possible. Those dependencies belong in the scope and cost discussion.
